summer happenings

what did i do over summer? my summer is still a blur in my memory but it was a fun time according to friends it was pretty fun, i went to see the ,movie red two
what would i like to get out of this year of college? i would like to develop my skills in graphic design and also my photoshop skills
what skills would i really like to develop? i want to try and advance in photoshop because i am gonna need to use it alot more this year

This is one of the final outcomes i have for mu surface patterns project, i think has turned out pretty good i like the colours of it because i think it gives an ex rayed effect.

the little white lies title on it is just part of the project to make it look like a magazine cover.

these two patterns are for 

my most recent  college project, 

we had to make two patterns 

that complemented each other

and we had to choose if they 

would be urban themed, natural

or hi tech so i decided to choose

urban, at first you might think

that bicycles are not that urban

but after a look around Newcastle

i noticed that bicycles are everywhere,

everyone uses them so they are actually

very urban. I am pleased with my outcome on them the patterns are different bike components, at first you might not notice.

hey there i am Brandon hill, i live in newcastle upon tyne i am a graphic designer, i go to newcastle college and i am currently studying graphic design. I like packaging design and anything simplistic i also like to do typography i prefer a hand rendered look to my work whenever i can.
